big snood

できた。
クリスマス前からちょこちょこ編んできたスヌード。
ぼこぼこで、すごくボリュームがあるものを作ってみたくて、５５０ｇも毛糸を使った。
７号用毛糸を２本取りで１１玉。１５番の針で。３５㎝×１３０㎝。
Finally done! I have been knitting this snood since the beginning of Christmas holiday. :)

つけるのを楽しみに編んできたけれど、本当にこの冬はエルニーニョの影響で暖かい。今日もプラス５℃とかだ、日本よりもずっと暖かいのでは。
I wanted to make something very big and has a great volume. I used 550g yarn to knit this snood. I am happy with it but we are having a really warm winter this winter, so maybe I won't have a chance to wear it. :)

インディゴという名前だからもっと紺色とか藍色を期待してオンラインで買った糸だったけれど、受け取ったのはかなり紫よりの色でした。ま、仕方ない。でも藍色だったらもっと嬉しかったな～！やっぱり毛糸は見て触って選ぶべし。
I bought this yarn online. The colour name was "Indigo", so I expected much more blueish, navy-like. But the yarn I received was very purple to me... :(
Well, that's the thing, I should buy yarn at a store, not at an online store, so I can see and touch!
